Our Discovery-Facing team is focused on providing support to the Discovery organization from Hit-to-Lead through the identification and selection of clinical assets. As an integral part of a cross-functional team, you will closely collaborate with key partners, including chemistry, biology, DMPK and pre-clinical safety.

Janssen’s small molecule portfolio offers the opportunity to work across a diverse space of chemical matter which includes traditional small molecules, protein degraders, oligonucleotides (siRNA and ASO), and peptides and across a range of delivery modalities, including oral, injectable, inhaled, ocular, and local-delivery applications. You will work on programs across these molecular constructs and routes of delivery within your role. You will also collaborate with internal and external partners to explore innovative ways to effectively deliver complex molecules.
