As a Specialty pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to regularly call on health care professionals (Specialty as well as primary care physicians, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies) within a specific geographic area.  Responsibilities Day-to-day responsibilities consist of supporting the promotional efforts behind our products, which includes organizing, tracking and distributing FDA regulated sample products to health care professionals.  You will maintain a current and competent level of knowledge on the product line to be a reliable source of information to the health care professionals and the Primary Care Sales Representatives in the territory. The Patient Access Manager (PAM) works in a highly visible, strong team environment to provide exceptional customer service on all levels. Specifically, listen to patients, interpreting their specific needs and providing friendly, professional and well-informed answers to their logistical questions. The PAM will work with patient to educate on next steps required to gain access to therapy. The PAM will also work to maintain relationships with patients and cross-functional partners to support ongoing compliance with therapy.  Responsibilities: Assess individual needs of the patient and develops an appropriate education plan of action, taking into account the patient’s family and team of healthcare providers.
