Job Description

This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for day-to-day interaction with existing and prospective customers.  You will be answering calls and live chats, placing orders, providing information on product and processes, and more.  This job requires a moderate to high level of multitasking ability.  You will also be privy to some personal and private patient information; therefore HIPAA regulations must be followed.  We are asking for 1-3 years of customer service experience in a corporate or small office environment or call center.  Prospects must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.  A college degree is a plus, but not required.  Must be 18 years of age or older.
