The Regional Sales Representative - Pennsylvania will primarily be dedicated to growing sales prospecting/marketing to medical clinics, physician groups, hospitals, retail pharmacies and independently practicing physicians, with a primary focus being the state of Pennsylvania. He/she will develop leads, maintain relationships and follow-up to meet the needs of our clients. The representative will be responsible for effectively communicating the value proposition being offered by PD-Rx's dispensing services and products/programs. Must have prior sales experience, preferably in medical/pharmaceuticals. Must demonstrate the ability to develop relationships that establish trust, confidence and loyalty. The successful candidate will have a readily developed group of relationships with medical providers and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition being offered by PD-Rx's dispensing services and products/program. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of medical providers, from a one-doc office to multiple practices/clinics, functioning as a group. Effective communication skills with all levels of the PD-Rx family are required. This ranges from the CEO/COO to Warehouse personnel, Customer Service, IT, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, Accounting, Human Resources and Operations. The successful representative will be self-sufficient and be able to develop and maintain their own pipeline of leads and active candidates. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to CLOSE an account. Monthly accountability and reporting of sales activity is required.
